LOCATION: Downers Grove JOB TITLE: N.O. Line 5 Bake Shop Helper BASE RATE PER HOUR: $20.40 SHIFT: 3rd HOURS: Generally, starts as early as 9:45 PM until finish. Overtime and weekend work as needed. Starting times and hours may vary depending on coverage due to report-offs and the production schedule especially during holidays. Good attendance and punctuality required. JOB SUMMARY: BSH: Straightens dough in pans on moving conveyor, requiring speed and manual dexterity. Removed defective product from the line. Racks product and pans weighing up to 20 lbs. Sets guides according to pan size and makes adjustments to equipment as needed. May be called upon to assist other positions during operation and other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent. Two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position may require overtime as deemed necessary to support operations activities. There will be a 90-day evaluation period to ensure satisfactory performance. Must stay on the job one year. Compensation and Benefits: The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $20.40 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
