What you will accomplish as a Technical Support Specialist Intern at TAPCO: The Technical Support Specialist Intern is responsible for handling end-user computer hardware and software support incidents and requests. This position will have the ability to provide excellent customer service to our staff, diagnose problems, and relay recommended solutions to non-technical users.
