Hill International is seeking a Project Manager with P6 experience in Washington, DC. This is a full time onsite position.

This position serves as Project Manager responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned projects, implements corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the project and intermediate products in support of the program


  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Serves as a project manager responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scoping, design, construction, and direction
  • Work with Primavera P6 and build project schedules
  • Programming and providing schedules with different scenarios
  • Controls and manages project milestones and budgets from initial studies through construction and initial operations
  • Keeps client fully informed of project progress, issues and their resolution, and any impacts on costs
  • Coordinate Architect/Engineers, contractors and respective contracts
  • Coordinate schedule and budget information and must be able to identify when the need to intervene arises
  • Ability to review project documents (drawings, specifications, RFI's, schedules, etc.) and evaluate the completeness for the respective phase of design and/or construction
  • Must familiarize and develop a strategy to coordinate the requirements/needs of all interested parties
  • Prepare overall project schedule to measure contractor's schedule performance
  • Coordinating communications between contractor, client, site personnel, and consulting engineers
  • Documenting the number of contractor's personnel on site, work accomplished and key issues
  • Prepare punch list(s) and monitor completion by the contractor(s)
  • Initiating on site project meetings as needed
  • Conduct meetings at the job site to improve project communications and reduce interferences
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Experience on vertical/building projects
  • Must have demonstrated experience with Primavera P6 and building schedules
  • Demonstrated experience managing project cost/budget, scope, schedule, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting project performance
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or program management role
  • This is a full time onsite role in Washington, DC
