Job Description Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting an executive level commercial real estate brokerage team by overseeing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This role will require substantial research and data input.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Research high level information on prospective companies and log data into CRM.
  • Validate information through review of websites, news sources, and internet research.
  • Identify need leads for Team's business development.
  • Ensure compliance withSalesforce.com(SFDC) usage and data integrity policies:
  • Effectively prioritize workload, ensuring that time-sensitive tasks are done efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Analytically minded strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growth
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Commitment to interpersonal effectiveness
  • Relationship management capabilities with the ability to communicate professionally in written communication, phone/web meetings, and in-person.
  • Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited time frame and to establish trust and maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organization
  • Champions diversity and creates an environment of inclusion
  • Possesses a growth mindset and works with positive intent
  • Promotes continuous improvement, embraces change and is a change agent

Experience:

  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • 1+ years in a Real Estate environment, working in a role where data is processed.
  • Real estate license, or able to procure a license and maintain within 3 months of start date.
  • Customer service or account management experience preferred, but not required.
  • High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree a plus.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
