Cheese Production Specialist (12 Hour Alternate Schedule) Shift: 2-2-3 Schedule (2-shifts on, 2-shifts off, 3-shifts on; rotating) (6:00PM-6:00AM) Under the direction of the Shift Production Supervisor, as a Cheese Production Specialist team member, you'll be responsible to providing bulk cheese to production lines and operating cheese cutting/shredding equipment.
