The Assistant Director, Non-Traditional Admissions provides advanced admissions support services for Non-Traditional students at all points of the admissions process to support student enrollment and success. Assists with communication efforts and outreach to achieve Non-Traditional enrollment goals. Serves as Team Leader.

Job Description Typical duties may include but are not limited to:
- Provides wrap around services for all non-traditional students at all points of the admissions process to support student enrollment and success.
- Creates and maintains internal liaisons to connect Non-Traditional students with support services outside of admissions.
- Assists the Associate Director with strategic planning for meeting Non-Traditional targets. Participates in campus events, both virtual and in-person.
- Assists the Associate Director with Non-Traditional student communication campaigns as needed.
- Partners with the Innovative Education and Partnerships Office to support our Non-Traditional students through the enrollment process.
- Monitors application progress and student records to ensure a timely application review process.
- Creates, establishes, and maintains partnerships with local community organizations and attends events to promote Non-Traditional Admissions and assist prospective non-traditional students with the enrollment process.
- Maintains, updates, and monitors Non-Traditional student lists to ensure a smooth transition and adequate student support through the admissions process.
- Provides pathways for enrollment to students through partnership institutions and maintains relationships with students while they are attending other institutions.
- Monitors application fee waiver codes for special populations.
- Creates, maintains, and ensures electronic admissions records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Responds to inquiries by email, telephone or in person from prospective students, families, and/or counselors.
- Reviews progress, implements new processes, and promotes best practices.
Additional Job Description Required Qualifications:
- This position requires either eight years of directly related full-time experience or, as an alternative, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
- Experience operating a personal computer and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
