This involves using and developing all selling and customer service skills trained to meet and exceed company goals. All Sales Associates are responsible for achieving store goals and maintaining the trust and loyalty of all of La-Z-Boy's customers and team members and providing the highest level of customer service. Sales Representatives at La-Z-Boy in Tucson, AZ are paid $44,200 base against commission on written sales with NO COMMISSION CAP. Our average sales representatives earn over$75,000/year, with top performers earning over $90k.
