Imaging and Mail Services Representative
Position primarily works on the processing, sorting of incoming and outgoing mail. In addition, the role also includes print, inserting and mailing of various internal letters supporting the DLC and SBLC. Replacement required to maintain volumes and service standards, meeting daily deadlines and to avoid customer impact and risk.

Business Unit: Operations Reports To: Supervisor of Imaging and Mail Services Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for the mailing preparation of all outgoing customer correspondence generated by Computer Operations, internal departments and branches sent via USPS or special delivery courier according to established postal standards, internal established policies, procedures and SLA's. Primary Responsibilities: Operates high speed inserting equipment and digital mailing system to process all customer products received from Computer Operations, departments and branches. Preps, balances to expected totals, quality checks and prepares for reentry into the USPS via pickup from USPS or mail house vendor. Creates return log, researches to resolve undeliverable mail returned daily and undeliverable statements created and sends emails to owner branch or returns piece to originator and/or department. Through automated shipping /tracking system, logs daily outgoing certified mail and interdepartmental packages. Monitors Mail Center and Mailroom Error notification mailbox and answers email. Addresses incoming FEDEX questions or processing issues via phone, email or Teamviewer software. Performs charge back reporting for postage. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Education: High School or GED Minimum Years Experience: 3 Special Skills: Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment Ability to use general office equipment Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word - Basic Level MS Excel - Basic Level Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented Ability to use mail processing machinery. Familiarity with general mailing requirements.
