WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, we are seeking a part-time Communications Analyst to join our Human Resources team. You will be in charge of developing and implementing global communication strategies to engage and inform our internal team members. This position will be 20 hours/week, and you will be required to come into our office 5 days/week for 4 hours/day with some flexibility in how the hours are set.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to collect information and create content for internal communications, such as organizational announcements, community sites, newsletters, emails, internal displays, and annual HR processes for benefits, compensation, talent management, and performance cycles.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to inform employees about Open Enrollment processes and timelines. Create clear, engaging content for various channels, including email, intranet, and direct mail.
  • Collaborate with Benefits team members to gather information and updates for the annual benefits guide. Edit and proofread the guide to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Generate promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and home mailers to enhance Open Enrollment visibility. Ensure all materials are accessible and meet organizational branding standards.
  • Assist in crisis communication efforts by providing timely and accurate information to internal team members.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all internal communications align with the company's branding, mission, vision, and values.
  • Create a repository of reusable and standardized communications and templates for global organization-wide use.
  • Assist in the creation, result review, and presentation of employee listening surveys.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communications to continuously improve our strategies.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred in Communication, English, Writing, or Marketing.
  • Possesses strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

PAY & BENEFITS

  • Part-time: 20 hours/week
  • Hourly rate: $20.00 - $30.00
  • Relocation is not provided.
  • This position is not benefits eligible.
