Corporate Collections Specialist

• Oversee collection efforts and controls to ensure timely and accurate billing and receipt of payments.
• Develop and implement collection procedures following company policies.
• Prepare and send communications regarding delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate with customers on repayment terms when needed.
• Recommend and pursue legal actions for specific accounts.
• Consult with creditors and attorneys for settlements on bankrupt accounts.
• Ensure customer information privacy and perform related duties as assigned.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, customer relations software, and basic understanding of relevant collection laws.
• Excellent leadership and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Associate's degree in finance or equivalent experience in collections and credit.
