* Estimated annual base pay: $112,800 (minimum) - $141,000 (midpoint) - $167,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- People Leadership - Manages a group of HR Professionals for a location or a business group.
- Resource Planning: The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for creating and updating the strategic workforce plan. The Manager, Human Resources partnering with Talent Acquisition to oversee the recruitment and hiring process, which may include developing job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Employee Relations - The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for maintaining positive employee relations, addressing employee escalations, and ensuring that employees are treated fairly and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management - The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for partnering with Talent Development to developing and implementing performance management programs, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and coaching, and conducting performance evaluations for their teams.
- Training and Development - The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for partnering with Talent Development to developing and implementing training and development programs to help employees acquire new skills and knowledge, and to improve their job performance.

Additional Experiences:
Successful candidates typically have:
*US - master's degree in arts/sciences (MA/MS) MBA or Human Resources.
*US - bachelor's degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) Business Administration or Human Resources.
*5+ years' Experience of leadership work. Experience of related work.
*Labor Relations experience required: Manages bargaining and non-bargaining employment and negotiations with union representatives.
