JOB SUMMARY:

Supports, monitors, tests and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to Telecommunications Hardware and Software, as well as Cisco Wifi infrastructure. This person also recommends hardware and software, installs associated systems and devices, configures associated hardware and software, schedules repairs, supports end users, and provides training for telecommunications systems and Wifi related tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Associates in computer science Preferred

3 Years Information Technology Experience Required
