PacLease provides customized full-service lease, rental and maintenance programs designed to meet fleet's specific needs. Requisition Summary

The PacLease Insurance Administrative Specialist provides a key function in protecting the franchise vehicle portfolio and minimizing risk exposure for the network. PacLease franchisees rely on the services of the Insurance team to verify insurance certificates are up to date with adequate coverage to protect them and keep their business moving forward. Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Review, reconcile and process monthly insurance vehicle identification logs
  • Analyze, approve, input and electronically file certificates of insurance
  • Communicate with PacLease franchise personnel in regard to insurance certificate requirements and needed coverage amounts
  • Process and support PacLease franchises with their monthly insurance coverage report
  • Upload and input lease and rental customer insurance certificates
  • Ongoing training to PacLease franchise personnel, providing best practices
  • Become subject matter expert in less common occurrences such as Self Insured and Non-Trucking situations
  • Support Six Sigma quality initiatives to increase process efficiencies
  • Additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years administrative experience, preferably in an insurance or financial environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to research, evaluate and analyze
  • Proven ability to stay organized, great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills
  • Work well as a team player
  • MS Office 365 proficiency

Education:
* High School Diploma required
* AA Degree in business or related field preferred
