We are seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Legal Specialist opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia. The Senior Legal Specialist will support the Law Department with respect to corporate and commercial transactional matters; SEC, NYSE and compliance process administration; corporate secretary matters; and Law Department initiatives and projects.
