Leonardo DRS is looking for a confident, highly motivated Scientist with semiconductor processing, leadership, and project management experience to join our Research and Development team. We are looking for a strong candidate with experience in photolithography including fab processing and mask layout as well as hands on experience in other processing modules. As a Scientist, you will be an integral part of DRS' new product and technology development efforts in infrared sensors. You will interface with other team members representing a wide range of disciplines, including material science, process engineering, device physics, test engineering, and system design. You will have hands on responsibility for specialized semiconductor device process integration, semiconductor fabrication process development, new detector fabrication, experimental design, and device characterization. In addition, you will be the technical and/or project lead on critical development projects guiding both technical direction as well as coordination of key technical resources. Job Responsibilities
