**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Position reports to Manager, Patient Accounts-Third Party. Responsibilities include recommendations on employee activities including hiring, monitoring productivity, training, and disciplinary action decisions. Review websites, seminars, and/or online training to stay current with all regulatory and insurance requirements for Third-Party Payers. Ensure timely, compliant submission of all claims, review denials, and ensure claims follow up meets department requirements. Implement new procedures as needed. Maintain updated training manuals and tip sheets in shared drive. Review audit requests from payers. Meet with payer representatives on a regular basis. Work with IT and ancillary departments to improve revenue cycle performance, compile reports and provide data as needed to resolve issues. Qualifications
