Senior Manager, Digital Campaigns

The Senior Manager, Digital Campaigns will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of targeted, data-driven digital marketing strategies for high-value accounts. You will leverage a range of digital marketing tools and channels to engage key stakeholders at targeted accounts and deliver personalized, impactful campaigns that drive measurable results. Your work will contribute to account growth, revenue generation, and building long-term relationships with strategic accounts.

Your Role

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Regional Marketing and customer account teams to develop a deep understanding of customer strategy, dynamics, upcoming pursuits, critical players and priorities

  • Build and refine strategic digital-first campaigns plans, including Account Based Marketing (ABM), Key Pursuit and Product-oriented plans

  • Develop creative, compelling, customizable digital campaigns e.g., email, display, social, paid media, with tailored messaging, content, and presentation materials to drive awareness and ultimately attendance at virtual (webinars) or in person events.

  • Create marketing campaign calendar that everyone has visibility to and ensure it is up to date

  • Leverage a data driven approach to continuously improve marketing efforts, including measuring results/ROI of digital campaign efforts, tracking customer engagement and regularly provide feedback and insights to relevant teams

  • Collaborate with customer facing teams and attend regular customer account meetings

  • Help to get buy in for and roll out CRM (Salesforce) to the account teams. Work with account and digital marketing teams to ensure the contact and opportunity information is up to date

  • Stay up to date on latest ABM thinking and technology

  • Coordinate with marketing centers of excellence to execute the plan, including with:

    • Digital team to plan and launch email campaigns and build dedicated customer webpages

    • Social media team to create and launch targeted social campaigns

    • Events team to develop and execute tech events, plant tours and critical meetings

    • Editorial and design teams to produce new content

    • Customer Experience team to identify opportunities to engage with accounts

Your Background

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of business experience in a customer facing role in the automotive industry required

  • Results driven, with a track record of exceeding goals through determination and persistence; focuses on action and outcomes - attacks everything with drive and energy

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships across a broad array of geographies and functional areas

  • Ability to lead and motivate others, including those without a direct reporting relationship

  • Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, confidence and professionalism to influence team members at all levels with logic, conviction and persuasion

  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize effectively, and drive results with a strong sense of urgency and decisiveness

  • Track record of driving and improving programs, with flawless attention to detail and very strong project management, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Driven by intellectual curiosity with the ability to work autonomously

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media (PPC, display), social media, email marketing, and more.

  • Strong experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
