    Summary:

    In this role you will manage a wide range of activities to include office moves, daily facilities maintenance/repairs and restocking, event and meeting room set up/clean up, space planning, and other logistical needs. You will take initiative, be solution-oriented, deal with ambiguity, rapid changes in priorities, and coordinate with multiple cross-functional internal and external partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively perform routine maintenance and repair of all office, break room, conference room furniture and equipment such as desks, chairs, monitor stands, keyboard trays and appliances.

    • Ensure all common areas including break rooms, kitchens, and conference rooms are well maintained, organized and supplied as per routine schedule.

    • Assist with stocking and managing snack levels in breakrooms and pantries.

    • Assemble, install and adjust ergonomic equipment such as sit/stands, footrests, monitor arms, etc.

    • Assess and troubleshoot various office equipment issues. Effectively communicate technical issues with team leadership.

    • Assist in inventory restocking and receiving all goods and services related to Workplace Services team.

    • Escort service contractors to necessary locations for equipment service.

    • Execute cubicle and office space moves, adds and changes as instructed.

    • Assist in reconfiguring cubicle and office layouts as instructed while adhering to all workplace safety policies.

    • Manage service request tickets through Remedy Force

    • Support meeting events with space configuration, set-up/tear down assistance.

    • Participate in the continual improvement process by making recommendations when deficiencies or opportunities for improvement are identified.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant Degree preferred.

    • 2 or more years' experience working in facilities management, or maintenance in a corporate setting required.

    • Organized self-starter with attention to detail.

    • Demonstrated ability to take on initiatives with minimal oversight.

    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills communication.

    • Proven ability to foster collaboration effectively with employees at all levels.

    • Strong organizational, customer service and administrative skills

    • Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgement in business transactions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction

    • Must have strong work ethics

    • Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.).

    Estimated Hiring Range:

    At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $45,100.00 to $72,100.00.

    This position is also incentive eligible.
