Location: Cleveland, Ohio

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to support business applications. Coordinate the administration and maintenance of Webmethods environments. Provide technical expertise in Webmethods Administration to ensure efficient performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with business processes. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and procedures. Ensure compliance with security policies and standard methodologies in all infrastructure activities. Monitor system performance and tackle issues to maintain high availability.
• Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure capabilities. Support disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on infrastructure standard methodologies.
• Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize resource utilization. Work closely with team members to understand and address their infrastructure needs.
• Restart IS instances, Restart MWS service when needed. Restart Universal messaging engine and clear queues per request. Enable/disable packages and reload them when required. Decommission of applications across all environments. Configure credentials for NHIDs, Configure / Edit adapter configuration with DB as requested, Configure / Edit scheduler as per request.
• Add/Delete users, groups and ACLs for applications. Recompile Java in web-methods designer tool and edit application components on the same. Configure / Edit SFTP and SFTP alias for applications, Clear cache, drop memory keys, add property files as requested by application teams, Open network firewall ports requested by the app teams.
• Work on application migration as requested, Analyze application performance and service usage kill threads, Work with multiple teams on triage calls.
