Job Description Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales and marketing in the luxury hotel sector? Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our Executive Committee. This role is crucial in shaping the strategic direction of the hotel's sales, marketing, and convention services, with a strong emphasis on cultivating relationships with the Tempe community and Arizona State University. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will lead a dynamic team across group, business transient, catering, and convention services. You'll be responsible for developing strategic plans that maximize overall revenue through proactive sales efforts, effective marketing strategies, and a focus on brand elevation. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to drive measurable success in revenue generation, market share growth, and brand recognition.
