Director, Compensation Hybrid Greenwood Village, CO Annual Salary - $140,000 to $185,000 DOE Summary The Director of Compensation will contribute to and execute the compensation philosophy, strategy, and programs for GMR, with support from and in collaboration with, HR and Finance teams, and our senior and executive leaders. This role will focus on providing compensation related solutions for our diverse set of team members, employed in all 50 states, which includes large hourly populations of healthcare clinicians, pilots, mechanics, dispatchers, in addition to support functions and executives. This individual will collaborate with senior leaders to analyze current compensation programs, make recommendations to remain competitive in our markets, align to business strategies, industry benchmarks, and compensation best practices. This role will also be essential in creating and maintaining a future-focused career architecture framework. The director leads communication plans and change management efforts related to compensation programs. The director will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5 compensation professionals. This position reports to the VP, Talent Development and Compensation. QUALIFICATIONS Key Responsibilities
* Designs, implements, and administers multiple core corporate compensation programs, including short-term and stock based long- term incentive plans. * Ensures the compensation team has appropriate resources; including participating in and purchasing salary surveys and software.
