Position Summary Under the direction of the department leadership, performs CLIA regulated and clinical contract research testing. Interacts with customers, providing a high level of customer service to resolve customer concerns about sample acceptability and results. Trains and assesses competence of staff members. Has a level of quality and technical competence that allows for completing work in a highly independent and efficient manner, handling complex technical issues and assists in performing final review of results and preparation of complex test interpretations and reports.
