THE ROLE This is a highly visible, leadership role with cross-functional influence, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, business development, relationship management, and deep knowledge of the private equity space. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in enterprise sales, a strong understanding of the software industry, and a proven track record of driving value with Private Equity firms. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and Manage Mid-Market Program: Directly oversee and manage a team of professionals within the Private Equity practice, driving performance and achieving business objectives in line with corporate strategy. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Experience: 12-15 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, with a focus on the private equity industry and enterprise software sales. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
