Location Information Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in one of our four Twin Cities communities: Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Shoreview, and Woodbury. Saint Therese at St. Odilia is our most intimate community, housing 8-beds and a compassionate team driven by the goal of enhanced quality of life through comforting hospice and palliative care. This unique, home-like location ensures those impacted by advanced chronic illness experience person-centered care in a peaceful, serene setting. Responsibilities Performs a variety of resident related direct care duties, such as transporting, transferring, toileting, positioning, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming residents, encouraging highest level of independence, validating residents' concerns etc. Qualifications Education: Successful completion of a Minnesota State approved program in compliance with the Nurse Assistant Training Ace. Must currently be registered as a Nursing Assistant / CNA / NAR with the State of Minnesota. Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
