Description Job Summary: As a Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner. You will lead a team of equipment and cable placement operators to perform specific tasks, monitoring budgeting expenses, supplies or tools and reviewing internal policy and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Essential Responsibilities: Lead the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals safely Read understand, interpret, input, and analyze production related data Demonstrates leadership in health, safety and environmental protection on the project Applies the requirements of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) to promote overall compliance of Ledcor HS&E standards, applicable OH&S / OSHA Acts, regulations and codes with all employees and subcontractors on the project Qualifications: 7+ years construction / telecommunications industry experience 2 plus years supervisory experience Hands on experience with Fiber Optic Cable Experience with Aerial and Underground Instillation Must successfully complete a criminal background check, pre-access drug and alcohol screenings Must possess and maintain a clean driver's abstract and valid full-driver's license appropriate to the requirements of the vehicle being driven Work Conditions: Travel to various project sites throughout Oklahoma is required Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.) Additional Information: Company Description Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
