Talent Acquisition Consultant - Remote/Melbourne Information Technology

Talent Acquisition Consultant needed for a 12 month contract opportunity with SOC's client to work fully remote but must be local to either Rochester, NY, Melbourne, FL, or Salt Lake City, UT.

Must have skills:

* Minimum of 8 years' experience

* Use of LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed etc.

* Experience sourcing for engineering and technical skills

* Full life cycle recruiting

* Multi-site experience

* Able to manage multi requisitions at a time (20-25+)

* Experience with Excel and Outlook

* Strong Negotiation skills

Nice to have:

* Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defense industries

* 2 yr or 4 year degree, preferred but not required

Job Description:

* Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting- sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire.

* Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings; assess candidates' qualifications and culture fit through a combination of behavioral based interviews and competency-based evaluations. Interview prospective candidates on consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on company.

Submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.

* Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner.

* Upholds legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coaches and guides managers accordingly.

* Proactive tracking of progress and all work in applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met.
