Position Title: Senior Data Integration Engineer (Multiple Openings)

Location: Winona, MN

Overview: Working as Full-Time Senior Data Integration Engineer, you will help build out data pipelines connecting enterprise systems.

Job Duties:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

1. Configure Kafka Connectors (source and sink) between Kafka and other applications

2. Develop Kafka Streams using Java

3. Back-end Services (API) development gRPC and REST

4. Azure Cloud Infrastructure Development, Support, and Maintenance

5. Oracle GoldenGate Development, Support, and Maintenance

6. Maintain and support of Confluent Platform Components

7. Support issues involving pager duty and general application support

8. Train, Learn, and Plan for new initiatives

9. Mentor Data Integration and non-Data Integration team members

10. Solution designing

11. Project Planning

The skills and qualifications required for this position include:

Possess a bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Actuarial Science or related field of study

1.3 years of software development experience in Java/Object Oriented Programming

2.1 year of experience in ETL/data integration activities

3.Knowledge of Agile Software Development methods

4.Knowledge of Software Engineering principles, included the software development life cycle and code versioning

5.Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

6.Demonstrate strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

7.Excellent written and oral communication skills

8.Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented

9.Work independently as well as in a team environment

10.Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

11.Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
