YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Plant Maintenance & Engineering Manager opportunity in our Guymon, OK Plant office. The Plant Maintenance & Engineering Manager Charged with the strategic oversight and leadership required to operate a 900,000 square foot production facility which includes a 300,000-pound ammonia system, 600 million gallon wastewater treatment facility, rendering and steam generation operation, twelve (12) million-pound distribution center, axis robotic and automation systems and harvesting six (6) million animals annually. Directs and manages a team of 150+ maintenance and automation superintendents, supervisors, and technicians, providing precision, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to improve plant maintenance metrics. Leads and supervises capital expenditures, projects and facility expansions while maintaining production efficiencies within budgetary parameters.
