What we do:

The Client Service, Advertiser Team is focused on creating deeper, more innovative and productive long-term relationships with our largest global advertisers. These team members support 2-3 brands, often at a global level, enabling a deep understanding of each client's business needs. We take a consultative approach in designing and leading mid-to long term engagement plans that support our client's most ambitious growth goals. We lead bespoke integrations across media, data, technology and business processes and work with our global counterparts to demonstrate business impact to our client stakeholders.

What you'll do:



  • Manage a portfolio of key strategic clients within the Technology vertical by partnering with teammates on Business Development, Account Management and specialist teams
  • Contribute to global account ownership against revenue targets by balancing long-term (12 months+) planning with short-term objectives including key strategic projects anchored in Joint Business Plans
  • Collaborate with your Business Development counterpart to build, maintain, and execute engagement plans with internal teams and key external stakeholders
  • Identify and implement growth strategies and workstreams that help solve client's business challenges using a strategic, data-first approach
  • Lead client communication, projects, and deliverables across internal and external teams by constantly reviewing and optimizing workflow, processes and ways of working for health of client's business
  • Manage and nurture client relationships within Center of Excellence, Martech, Analytics and Audience Planning teams, etc. through education on the power of programmatic and how The Trade Desk can help to grow client's businesses
  • Work closely with client services teams to advise clients on ways to continuously improve business outcomes with advanced, holistic campaign management buying strategies
  • Provide voice of customer feedback to internal product, marketing and revenue leadership teams
  • Partner with Business Development to identify and unlock new global markets and business units within existing portfolio
  • Coordinate global operations and processes with internal teams to create alignment and ensure clients' global objectives are being met


Who you are:



  • 10+ years relevant experience in media or a related industry, ideally with strong programmatic or digital media experience.Experience working with global teams is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Consulting, Account Management, Trading, or Client Strategy roles, ideally within the technology vertical
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing strategic client workstreams and growth plans
  • Experience in driving thought leadership, highlighting new ways of working, or developing creative, customer-facing-solutions
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, through superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical fluency and ability to think creatively about how disparate systems, platforms and data streams could be integrated to serve client objectives

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$111,100 $203,600 USD
