What you'll do:

The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics in New York City to help provide analytical and operational support to TTD's commercial teams. Reporting to the SVP, Global Revenue Operations, the successful candidate will balance being a trusted business partner with ensuring sound data driven decision-making across the organization. The Analyst will act as a key business partner in generating revenue driving insights through the execution of data driven analyses. The Senior Manager's responsibilities include:



  • Analytics partner for the Business Development and Client Services organizations to identify key revenue opportunities, create insightful analyses, and work with the company's Business Intelligence team to build reports and automate dashboards.
  • Build complex models from scratch to support contract negotiations in partnership with Business Development leaders to convey meaningful insights.
  • Optimize resource investments through supporting analyses, and creation of reports and key metrics while ensuring data integrity.
  • Support new initiative and ad hoc analyses as required
  • Providing project management for complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Will also manage a Revenue Analytics Analyst



Who you are:

We are looking for a professional who can run complex projects end-to-end, project management cross-functionally and communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who has a commercial mind and enjoys problem solving, dealing with ambiguity, and driving continuous improvement with a keen eye for detail.



  • 7+ years of experience from FP&A/Strategic Planning/Corp Dev, investment banking, management consulting
  • BA/BS and/or MBA/MS degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field
  • Knowledge of or prior experience in programmatic advertising or internet a plus
  • Building detailed financial models that provide insights that are easy to digest
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbal), with the ability to present to senior management in a clear, concise manner
  • Intellectually curious, proactively learns and teaches others how changing industry forces impact KPIs and OKRs on an as needed basis and through well-thought-out presentations
  • Implement processes and build reports by working BI and System Engineering partners
  • Analytical acumen, mastery of Microsoft Excel, experience with or interest in writing queries (SQL or python) and creating reports in Oracle a plus
  • High personal and professional integrity with a can-do attitude, desire to roll up your sleeves and an ability to deliver outstanding work product
  • At least 2 years of people management experience.

NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only: In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$112,600 $206,500 USD
