Title: Customer Support Representative Salary: $59,300+ Focus: As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility is to communicate effectively with customers and various business and functional partners to deliver exceptional service and profitability to Olin. You will build successful relationships to align internal resources and capabilities towards achieving zero-defect customer satisfaction. Your role involves managing the entry of orders from initial contact through to delivery, ensuring the correct product arrives on time, under the correct conditions, and with the appropriate paperwork. In the event of a service failure, you will initiate corrective actions and lead the resolution process for the customer. You are expected to go above and beyond daily customer interactions to build loyalty and confidence. You will determine the service and quality requirements of assigned accounts and coordinate all Olin activities to meet these requirements. Additionally, you will handle routine and non-routine order management activities, display customer advocate leadership, execute systems and technology requirements, and demonstrate accuracy in order entry and problem-solving skills for managing complex orders.
