See what it's like to work at GROWMARK:https://youtu.be/CSVMnKCySsY PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Responsible for office administration and scale operations, including order administration, inventory reporting and reconciliation, and customer relations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Interact directly with customers and daily with truck drivers to maintain adherence to established order processing protocol at the facility, and when necessary, assist customers/drivers in resolving order administration problems in a timely manner. Responsible for scale operations, including inbound and outbound processing. Maintain proper documentation to support all product activity at the facility, enter all information in a timely manner, plus complete and maintain accurate reports not the least being a perpetual inventory report for all products either owned by GROWMARK or third party tenants. Be able to identify and then reconcile any differeneces between records maintained at the site to those records produced from automated systems provided such as the daily inventory report. Ensures that excellent customer service relations are maintained and inquiries and/or problems are resolved efficiently and in accordance with documented company policies. Assist the Terminal Manager or Supervisor of Operations in the preparation of reports, plus perform other works assignments related to office administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and more), utilize business systems, and phone. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Performs other duties as assigned. Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires a high school degree or equivalent and prefer customer service or related experience with clerical, writing, communication and mathematical demonstrated skills. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
