The HR team at Alcon is seeking 2025 Summer Interns. Interns will work on key HR projects in either: 1) a HRBP role supporting Alcon's Digital Health organization or 2) a Center of Excellence (COE): Global Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture Capabilities & Talent (CC&T). Location: Internship will be located at our U.S headquarter in Fort Worth, TX. After successful completion of an HR Summer internship at Alcon, interns may be considered for participation in the HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) on a full-time. The HRLDP is a key pipeline for graduate degree talent with ambition to advance into HR Business Partner (HRBP) leadership positions within Alcon. Members will engage in three, 12-month rotations. Rotations will include 2 HRBP positions and 1 HR COE position. Program benefits will include Mentorship, Functional Programming, Networking Events, Tailored Development, and Executive Presentations presented to Alcon leadership. Minimum Qualifications:
