Client Executive, Mid-Market - TOLA Region

About the Role

As a Client Executive, Mid-Market you will play a key role in supporting our partners in the Central region of the US. You will build and manage multiple customer relationships at the corporate executive level, positioning TD SYNNEX's comprehensive value. Additionally, you'll provide strategic direction to local management, driving market growth while enhancing collaboration and customer success.

What You'll Do

  • As a Field Client Executive, you'll travel typically 50-75% of the time (Mostly in the state of TX or TOLA region) to develop and maintain a customer business plan and pricing strategy that includes:

  • Partner's value proposition and offerings

  • Geographic coverage and expansion plans

  • Comprehensive marketing strategies for new business, renewals, and customer retention

  • Establish and track quarterly and annual sales goals, with regular progress reviews

  • Engage with Solutions Path to coordinate partner training and certification programs

  • Conduct monthly sales performance reviews and action planning

  • Lead quarterly business reviews with internal teams and suppliers

  • Travel up to 75% to engage directly with customers and partners

  • Build and enhance executive-level customer relationships, focusing on growing our brand presence and customer satisfaction

  • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with internal teams to position TD SYNNEX's solutions and services for long-term success

  • Proactively address customer satisfaction concerns and work collaboratively to resolve any issues

  • Manage the strategy for key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives

  • Foster cross-divisional teamwork, leveraging TD SYNNEX's broad offerings to achieve shared goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales, ideally in the technology or distribution industry

  • Local to TX or ability to travel with ease within the TOLA region

  • College degree or equivalent work or military experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

  • Quick-learner with the demonstrated ability to quickly obtain full knowledge of assigned product or service lines, with a desire to grow understanding of the organization's entire offerings

  • Ability to work on small to mid-sized accounts of moderate complexity, contributing directly to sales growth and customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrated ability to work with some supervision, performing tasks with a high level of independence and self-direction

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration, inclusivity, and driving successful outcomes for customers and teams

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers to expand the client base and drive increased sales

  • Actions in this role will have a direct impact on the success of the broader team. Meeting goals and exceeding customer expectations is key to the overall performance of the workgroup

  • Accepting candidates local to any of our US offices, or remote, based on team and business needs. This position could involve 50-75% travel.

  • Position Level: This role is classified as Level I
