The Macquarie Capital Global Facilitation team focuses on using risk, balance sheet and technology to generate client revenue in cash equities. We are looking for a Trader to join the Global Facilitation team in New York to focus largely on cross-border equity facilitation trading. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Working alongside a team of experienced traders, you will be guided and trained on the trading processes and techniques of the Global Facilitation business. You will be focused on building existing strategies and seeking out new opportunities to both grow client engagement and principal revenues. Your outstanding Excel and preferred VBA/Python skills will be utilized to analyze trading opportunities; you will have the opportunity to develop and manage said strategies. Key to your success will be a self-starting nature and the ability to independently assess, evaluate and execute on the ideas you develop. Salary range for this position: $120,000 - $195,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Be able to think creatively, hunt down and execute on revenue ideas you have generated. 2 - 5 years' experience in Facilitation and/or Delta 1 trading Ideally (but not essential) Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematical degree Show a high level of initiative and independence in setting one's workload.
