The role: The Manager, Sales Analytics, will report directly to the Associate Director of Sales Operations and be leader in the organization. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between departments to ensure that all teams have access to accurate data and insights that create strategic success. You will manage the tactical front-end logistics of initial technology placement and analysis of trends to ensure successful launch and system adoption. You will help enhance collaboration, streamlining complex processes, and providing high-level, critical analysis to support executive decision-making related to future project developments and the broader organizational direction of the technology. By overseeing important metrics and delivering informed, recommendations, the Manager of Sales Analytics will help us exceed our sales goals, improve financial accuracy, and improve overall productivity.
