Telerecruitment Supervisor
Overview Works closely with the Telerecruitment Manager in devising and employing plans for achieving the department's pre-set monthly goals. Candidate will have strong customer service, communication and organizational skills with experience supervising/coaching teams while assisting staff with questions and escalations. As supervisor of this team candidate will responsible for reviewing staff work and provide feedback/coaching to maximize results. Supervisor will interview applicants for open position while ensuring they are trained to assist donors. Candidate will need to be proficient in MS Office using their computer skills to manage key measurements of call center, tracking attendance and monthly bonus while also working a variety of projects throughout the year. Responsible for the recruitment of blood donors via telephone in order to achieve pre-set monthly branch production goals. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and one year related supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
