Job Title: Project/Program Manager Location(s): Arlington, VA Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Coordinates the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to unit manager. Leadership Principles - Ownership; Bias for Action, Earns Trust, Insist on the highest standard Program Manager experience that includes items that are complex and sensitive in nature. Know how to handle difficult work and maintain ambiguity. Degree - Bachelors (Business Admin; Public Admin or Similar fields) Experience - 5 years in field or related field of Program Management. Strong Writing abilities. Nice to Haves - Experienced with working in different program management software. Politic experience.
