The Watts Internship Program is your chance to bring what you've learned in the classroom to life! You'll dive into real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience while learning how business really works from the inside. During the program, you'll get to roll up your sleeves and make an impact on day-to-day operations. Plus, you'll have tons of opportunities to network with passionate professionals across manufacturing, industrial engineering, and more-sparking new ideas through cross-department collaboration. It's all about expanding your skills, challenging yourself, and exploring where your ambitions can take you!

As a Product Data Analyst, Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in data management, understanding its foundational role and how it influences different aspects of the business. This role will be based out of our No. Andover, MA office.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure data consistency by adhering to established standards.

  • Clean up inconsistent terms, make corrections, and fill in data gaps.

  • Input dimensional data from specification literature.

  • Assist with data communication and updates to channel partners.

  • Receive training in various software systems used for data management across the business.

Who You Are

  • Junior status, actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and AI tools for data population.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.

  • Passionate about contributing meaningfully and making a positive impact.

  • Commitment to integrity, respect, and fostering an inclusive work environment.

  • Accountability, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through on tasks.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the future

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
