As part of the US Business Development (BD) team, this role supports day-to-day needs of team members in the Restructuring and Appellate practice groups in the execution of strategic go-to-market initiatives that generate new client relationships, enhance brand profile and drive revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who shows ambition, determination and the desire to further develop a career in business development. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in quickly building rapport with key stakeholders, developing subject-matter knowledge, and working closely with peers and senior marketing staff to provide strategic and tactical support of business development initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a national team at one of the world's largest law firms. This position reports to a Senior Manager for Disputes and will be supported by a shared BD coordinator or assistant. The full-time base annual salary for this position in the New York City market is expected to range between $165,000 and $180,000. This range represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in New York City. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
