Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization. Job Summary: As the hands-on EHS Manager, you will develop, implement, and coordinate the plant environmental, safety, and health programs in accordance with legal, corporate and facility directives to prevent incidents, mitigate risk, ensure an ongoing safety culture, and compliance with all related federal, state, and local regulations. You will collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify potential safety concerns and trends and create systemic strategies to mitigate risk and develop and reinforce safety culture of excellence. You will develop, implement, and deliver EHS training and education for team members, including new employee safety orientation. You will communicate effectively with a diverse set of internal customers and implement communication strategies that reinforce a high level of EHS awareness throughout the organization. This function supports approximately 130 manufacturing employees and has one direct report. This position is located at our Malvern AR facility. Qualifications:
