Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as an Electrical Engineer II focusing on our Aftermarket programs. In this role, you will be involved with the design, maintenance, development, modification, analysis, and support of core aftermarket product lines including motor controller and power conversion applications for naval ships and submarines. You will troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in these and other existing products or systems and make recommendations as appropriate. You will also leverage existing aftermarket products to design and scope new product offerings or develop design upgrades and drive improvement initiatives. Common tasks include compiling and evaluating design, build, test, and field data to conceptualize, recommend, and implement new designs or make critical improvements to resolve issues, address part obsolescence, and execute technical refresh/redesign projects.
