We are currently seeking dependable and enthusiastic Assemblers to join our clients 1st shift manufacturing team. No experience necessary, come with a positive attitude and desire to fabricate a quality product! Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:30am - 2:30pm Pay: $16/hour ($1 increase every 6 months until earning $20/hour ) Attendance Incentive: Each week ALL required hours are performed, a $25 gas card will be issued. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate machinery and tools to assemble outdoor power equipment. Embrace and promote the companies Values and 15 Principles in daily activities. Collaborate as part of a team to achieve assembly and production goals. Perform assembly functions using hand and power tools. Operate necessary equipment for job tasks. Adhere strictly to standard work procedures. Assist team members in various areas to meet production targets. Utilize effective problem-solving skills to address challenges. Communicate clearly and effectively within the team Requirements: Ability to stand for 10 hours a day. Physical capability to bend, twist, turn, and perform repetitive motions; including fine manipulation and lifting up to 35 lbs. Proficient in using hands to position parts in a fast-paced environment. Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Ability to adhere to Standard Work protocols. Strong team player with a commitment to collaboration. Desire for personal development and growth within the organization.
