The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for departmental administrative operations to ensure a high-quality operation in the Department of Urology, both in the main academic office and at practice locations. This position will provide support to the Chair, the Director of Clinical and Business Affairs and the Administrative Manager. The incumbent will oversee all administrative, accounting and office activities for administrative management. He/she provides project management support for business and operational initiatives at the discretion of the administrative manager and director of the department. Crucial elements required of this position are confidentiality, tact and discretion to handle sensitive matters. Must be able to triage and re-prioritize projects independently to ensure the department's administrative needs are met efficiently, professionally and with the highest level of quality. Work requires detailed knowledge of area and the application of organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
