Position Purpose
The Coordinator, Programs & Finance oversees the marketing, financial, and operational aspects of the Rassias Center's programs. This role develops marketing strategies to boost program visibility and attract customers, while managing financial accounts, procurement, and event logistics.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Marketing, or Business Management Or the equivalent in education and experience.
  • Three to five years experience in budget preparation and management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of people.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Filemaker
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Ability and desire to work with students, faculty, and partners around the world.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a higher education setting strongly preferred.

Key Accountabilities


Key Accountabilities
Marketing and Promotion (60%)

  • Develops and executes marketing strategies to attract customers via various channels including social media, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns.
  • Creates and manages engaging content to boost online presence and program visibility.
  • Collaborates on promotional materials, including digital ads and newsletters.
  • Monitors marketing performance and adjusts campaigns to maximize engagement.
  • Maintains and updates website and social media platforms with current program information.


Program Operations (25%)

  • Assists the Executive Director in managing the financial and administrative aspects of all programs and proposed projects.
  • Manages financial accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliation of transactions and monthly budget compliance reviews.
  • Coordinates procurement activities and implements purchasing procedures for the Center.
  • Oversees logistical planning for Rassias-based programs and events, establishing project deadlines and coordinating support activities.
  • Collaborates with institutional accounting to accurately post program revenue and maintain financial records.
  • Maintains records for tracking programmatic and financial data.

Personnel (15%)

  • Hires and supervises program staff, supporting the Executive Director in the recruitment of teaching staff.
  • Manages payroll processing and timesheet submission for staff and students.
  • Advises staff on personnel policies and procedures.
  • Supports Executive Director in managing employee-related processes.
