Education Enablement Intern

This role will be a summer internship during the summer of 2025 (June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025) helping the PTC Education team develop resources for our Onshape education users.

You will help students and educators by creating example Onshape models, developing and updating tutorials/curriculum, and supporting partnerships with organizations like FIRST and SAE

The Education Team at PTC is made up educators, engineers, sales, and marketing individuals that support students, educators, and schools worldwide by providing software and learning resources. We have a rapidly growing user base with evolving learning needs, including students in grade school all the way through graduate school. In developing our product and enablement materials, we strive always to put the customer first.

Your Day to Day:

  • Help create demo models for curriculum, sales, and marketing
  • Create new enablement content such as tutorials/videos for students and educators
  • Update existing content to reflect product updates and best practices
  • Support student teams through partners like FIRST and SAE

Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Instructional Design, or Education
  • CAD Experience (Preferably Onshape)

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation Skills
  • Teaching/Mentorship experience is a plus
  • Experience on a large group engineering project like FIRST, FSAE, or Baja SAE is a plus
