Brown and Caldwell is currently seeking a Senior Staff Project Manager to join our growing team. The selected individual will utilize their knowledge of project delivery, business expertise, and metrics, as well as project processes, resources, and techniques to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and deliver quality to our clients in the retail, transportation and waste sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and personal effectiveness skills. The success of our project delivery teams begins with the leadership of the project manager. Consequently, our ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, a strong organizational aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams. Detailed Description: We are seeking a Senior Staff Project Manager with experience leading, managing, empowering, and overseeing projects and projects teams in delivering complete, quality projects that meet objectives and business performance goals for our clients and BC. The selected individual will manage projects for Retail, Transportation and Waste sector clients. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future. Location A: $88,000 - $120,000 Location B: $97,000 - $132,000 You can view which BC location applies to you here.
