Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. Provides ongoing fiduciary monitoring and administration of accounts to achieve full compliance and identify potential risks. Responsible for relationship management and administration of assigned accounts. Serves as the administrative partner to the relationship management team. Tracks distributions, fees, discretionary requests, and other activities associated with account activity. Leads in account acceptance review, onboarding, and asset transition. Ensures accounts are properly documented and adhere to regulatory standards. This position may administer and manage smaller trust accounts across the entire bank footprint, which may limit client interaction to virtual. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, or Financial Planning OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, or Financial Planning Preferred Area of Experience: Financial Institution License or Certification Type: National Trust School or other certifications specific to Personal Trust Fiduciary such as CTFA PreferredSkill(s): Knowledge of trust systems, risk mitigation, and various types of Fiduciary accounts First Citizens benefits programs are designed to meet our associates where they are in life.
