We have an exciting opportunity available on our HR team for a Senior Director, Human Resources. This role is based in the US and reports to the CEO, Connexity, and also partners closely with the Sr. HR leaders of our parent company, Taboola. This role will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including US benefits, company compensation review, employee relations, talent acquisition, and culture and people operations across the US in addition to collaboration with our UK, and Germany HR Directors. The pay range for this position is $190K- $205K. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation packages include a variety of perks such as bonus, equity, competitive 401(k) match, rich benefits, etc. This position is a hybrid role, with ~2 days based in the Santa Monica office. #HP |
