About Us

• HYDERA is a full service depot servicing the needs of the bulk liquids transportation industry through the Charleston, South Carolina marketplace.  We aim to provide the industry with comprehensive, safe, and reliable service offerings like Tank Cleaning, Heating, Repair, Maintenance, Storage, and Transportation to a wide variety of chemical and food grade customers.

• HYDERA is a joint venture between OURAY and Pacolet Milliken and is strategically located at the Charleston International Manufacturing Center (CIMC) in Goose Creek, South Carolina.  CIMC is a multi-tenant heavy industrial site with 24-hour security with close access to the expanding port system and highway infrastructure.

What We Do

• CLEANING

  • HYDERA offers a full range of cleaning solutions for the bulk liquids logistics industry.  Our primary focus is on the Intermodal Tank (ISO Tank) and roadway tanker industry with capabilities to clean Intermediary Bulk Containers (IBC) and many other types of vessels. We have a full suite of services to include:

• MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
  • HYDERA has a full service ISO Tank shop to conduct repairs and routine maintenance on any ISO Tank type to include T11, T14, T22, T50 & T75s.   We can also conduct the periodically required pressure tests and certifications.

• TEMPERATURE CONTROL SOLUTIONS
  • HYDERA has the capabilities to heat your tank with Steam, Hot Water, Electric or to provide cooling solutions through  an Electrical outlet.

• STORAGE SOLUTIONS
  • HYDERA has the capabilities to store your loaded and unloaded ISO Tanks or IBCs.  With a fully concreted and contained storage yard, we provide the highest level of safety and environmentally friendly solution in the market today.  If your material has to be maintained within a certain temperature range, HYDERA has the capabilities heat your commodities.

• TRANSPORTATION
• HYDERA has partnered with Freedom Intermodal Tank Services to provide an on-site and seamless transportation solution.  Freedom is a forward-thinking, technologically advanced full service logistics provider specializing in container yard services, intermodal transportation, and international logistics consulting. Operating since 1983, they pride themselves as being a family-run organization with an average employment period of over ten years.  Freedom will work through HYDERA to service the transportation needs of our customers throughout the eastern United States and beyond.
